Each upgrade comes with a Lifetime Warranty and a 6-month guarantee. In the rare event that the service you bought is patched within 6 months, we will offer a partial refund. Please note that the refund process is as follows: if it has been less than 1 month, we will provide a 100% refund in store credit if it has been more than 1 month, you will receive a partial refund in store credit. For example, a refund requested in 3 months will receive a 50% refund, while a refund requested in 1.5 months will receive a 75% refund, and so on. We take pride in delivering high-quality upgrades, and in the unlikely event of any downtime or a very rare case of an account being banned, we will perform necessary upgrades on your account or provide a new one of which you can change info, depending on the situation. Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that your upgrade will remain in effect for as long as the method lasts, not for a specific period of time. All our upgrades are private, and they may either be applied to your account or a new one, depending on the nature of the upgrade. We advise you to seek clarification on any regional restrictions before making a purchase. Please ensure that all details provided are accurate to ensure a smooth and seamless upgrade process. We strive to complete every order within 72 hours after payment.
